Life at Certifier πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦

We all understand the importance of ownership and accountability, so during work we mostly focus on getting our tasks done and bringing value to the team. We choose our working hours and we communicate mostly asynchronously to ensure that number of team meetings stays at β€œnecessary”. We as a company want to give our team members the comfort that they need to work efficiently.

Even though we are a remote-first team, some of us meet at our office in KrakΓ³w to work and spend time together. We care about maintaining a strong community within our team by organizing on-site gatherings and trips. During these events, we spend time on outdoor activities, eat delicious food, and play some fun games (beer pong included).
